Sinergy Lauren Vineyard Blend
The grapes are harvested at the same maturation point and go through a double cluster and berry selection. After destemming them, the cold fermentation for each varietal is done separately using the whole berry. The most noble varietals in concrete vats and the rest in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes
Purple color, with red bright hues which show its personality. Red and black fruit, a vegetal finish like asparagus is what we can find on the nose. In the mouth, the bell pepper which fulfills it all with its roundness achieved by the fruit and elegance provided by the Merlot and Malbec do not go unnoticed.

To assure its maximum aromatic expression, a natural alcoholic fermentation is triggered first, at low temperatures. In oak barrels, the wine experiments a spontaneous malolactic fermentation and then it is naturally clarified.

Tasting Notes
Intense deep red color with purplish hues. On the nose, its aroma recalls violets, red and black fruit. In the mouth we find the combination of density and sweetness due to the black fruit, and tobacco and spices as a result of its passage in oak barrels. It offers a long and persistent finish.

It is an elegant and complex wine, with a deep red ruby color. We can find black fruit aromas along with chocolate, bell pepper and spicy notes. In the mouth, it is a wine with a very good structure and well-integrated tannins. It is a complex and persistent wine.

Tasting Notes
Deep red ruby color, with violet hues. On the nose it is intense and concentrated. It has cassis, currant and bell pepper notes provided by the Cabernets, as well as spices and menthol notes provided by the Petit Verdot, and plum aromas typical from the Malbec.
