Areyna Cabernet Sauvignon
The manual grape selection is carried out. After a careful destemming, the grape goes through a cold maceration at 8 °C (46.4 °F). The fermentation is done with indigenous yeasts at a low temperature to assure a smooth and delicate extraction in order to achieve its maximum aromatic expression. In barrels, the wine goes through a spontaneous malolactic fermentation and it is naturally clarified.

Tasting Notes
Deep bright red. On the nose, we can find subtle back fruit aromas such as figs and cassis, along with spices and bell pepper notes. In the mouth, it is a full-bodied wine with chocolate hints provided by the oak. Tannins help with a persistent and balanced finish.

The climate is semi-arid with soil predominantly alluvial with deep sandy texture.This Torrontes is sourced from vineyards in the high elevation desert of Cafayate, Salta. With every sip, the winemaking and viticulture team rives to transport you to the time and place where the fruit was sourced. Elevation of the pergola: 5400 feet and an average age of the Vines of 43 years.
