Malbec
The grapes are carefully destemmed and go through a cold maceration during four days. The must is fermented at low temperatures (26°C/78.8°F) in order to obtain a higher aromatic quality. The fermentation is completed through smooth and delicate pump overs until it is time to rack the wine.

Purplish-red color. On the nose, you can find a great aromatic expression where red fruit notes stand out. In the mouth, its kind tannins stand out and it is very fruity. It is a medium-bodied, fresh and balanced wine.

Chardonnay
The bunches are manually selected. Fermentation is carried out with commercial yeasts at very low temperatures, between 12 and 14°C, in stainless steel tanks, with the aim of achieving greater aromatic intensity and complexity.

Pale yellow and crystalline. The nose offers a rich aromatic expression, with prominent notes of tropical and stone fruits. The palate is notable for its good acidity, making it exceptionally fruity and fresh.
